How Much Do Our Services Cost?
Let’s speak frankly about this. If you’re being proposed outrageous fees for event management it’s time to look elsewhere. While Warfactory is a business, our model allows us to provide services much more inexpensively than anyone in the industry.
We work with every client individually and go through an interactive process to help set expectations. Whether you’re running a large scale event and need IT and Tournament services, or you need someone to run an entire event from registration on, our network of professionals can get the job done on a budget.

What Have We Done?
Warfactory has been in the gaming sector for many years, initially running our own events and expanding our capabilities. In 2008, the Warfactory team provide IT services for MLG and GotFrag via their first-ever World of Warcraft Pro Circuit. We’ve also worked with the ESWC to staff their Grand Finals at NVISION, bringing roughly 30 tournament professionals to run the floor.
Warfactory team members are the key to our success. We believe that together we can provide the most well-run events in the United States. Many of our members have come from organizations such as the CPL and Quakecon, and more have run some of the biggest events in the United States.
